There are many buns at bakeries that are great for hamburgers, but it's hard to match the visuals and taste of brioche buns. They are amazing in so many ways, but you can make them work even better for burger meals for the family by remembering these tips.

Buy a Fresh Batch

The first and often most important aspect of getting brioche buns ready for hamburgers is choosing a fresh batch. You don't just want to choose haphazardly either. First and foremost, you need to find a bakery in your area that has a history of making quality brioche buns.

Then, you need to carefully inspect the buns before buying. Make sure they don't have any abnormal colors that would indicate mold. The brioche buns should also have a soft consistency. If you press against them and they're even slightly hard, continue searching for another batch.

Baste With a Unique Blend 

Brioche buns already taste amazing, but you can enhance their flavor even more by basting the top with your own unique blend. It will make your hamburgers taste that much better. There are many directions you can go in as well.

For example, you can melt some butter in a bowel and crush some garlic in it too. This garlic butter mix will give your hamburgers a nice flavor change from all of the meat and condiments.
